Have a customer looking to build? We cooperate with Licensed Active Realtors and Real Estate Associates. While most builders pay commission after the home is built, we pay your commission at the at the first draw of the construction loan!

Our Realtor program works this way:

• Commission: Bring us a qualified building customer and we will pay you 3% on the price of the home.
• Receive money sooner: You will receive your commission after your customer closes on their construction loan. You will NOT have to wait for the home to be built!
• Land Assistance for Buyer: If your customer doesn't have land, help them find it to earn an extra 5% to 10% from the land seller. Even if we combine the price of the land into the construction loan, you will still receive your land commission PLUS the 3% from Walter Homes on the construction of the house.
