- PRICING We can negotiate the bast deal on land for sale. Quite frequently, we are able to reduce the price and eliminate double commissions on both land and the building of your home.
- ONE LOAN CLOSING FOR BOTH HOUSE AND LAND
Most often, you can combine the land with the construction loan. Our preferred lenders have many loan options to choose from. Once your land offer is accepted by the seller, we can include the price in your contract with Walter Homes and pay-off the land when your construction loan closes. If you own your land but are still making monthly payments towards the balance, we can also pay off the balance at the closing. This consolidation can save you hundreds to thousands of dollars in closing costs.
